Hi, we are the Knoetze family living in the western region of the Kalahari Desert, South Africa. Farming with sheep and cattle, loving nature and horses, and raising our children in this arid landscape between the red sand dunes and starry skies. We try and model our kids how to be self sustainable, to think outside of the box, have grit and that anything is possible with hard work , good values and a little imagination.  This is a family affair.

With me having a background in graphic design and wedding photography, and Barri being a 3rd generation hands-on farmer with a creative brain, and the messy loving chaos of 4 children, it was bound to be something special that was about to come to life.

The initial idea was to provide tourists that visited our area with good quality and original souvenirs.  The business idea then developed into wanting the brand to be applicable for both tourists (local and international) as well as a wider South African market.
